Had my bike in due to issues with front break (after having them take apart the entire front end this winter).I called to get status and was told they would call me back next day.

Never heard from them. After a week I get bike back with them saying no issues. Took it to another HD dealer and found calipers were only working on 3 out 8.

Took them all of 30 minutes.This Wildfire dealership needs to understand customer service is customer centric and they are sadly lacking in this regard.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of wildfire harley davidson customer care. Wildfire Harley Davidson needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
